Oven baked salmon and side dish of turkish rice.

Hello my fellow food lovers :) today i will be making oven baked salmon with a side dish of turkish rice its so simple yet absolutely delicious :). First to start off make sure you have any kind of baking like this
Then, take a cooking brush (or you can even just use your fingers after washing them) and pour a table spoon of vegetable oil on to the pan and spread the vegetable oil on the pan until pan is fully covered in oil.

Now, put your oven on 350 on conv bake and take take the salmon steaks out of the bag (im cooking according to 3 pieces only) and clean them each individually with your hands thoroughly and place them on the baking pan, stab each of the salmons with a nife (yes i said stab) and put 1 piece of rosemary in each of the areas of the salmon that you just stabbed, then put a teaspoon of curry, turmeric, and cumin seasoning 1 of each on each piece of salmon. Take the lemon juice out of the refrigerator and pour 2 cap fulls on each of the salmons and then pour 2 cap fulls of balsamic vinegar on each salmon cut some green peppers (any kind is fine whichever you prefer) and put them in the baking pan with the salmon and place in the oven on 350 for about an hour or until its cooked to your preference but make sure u flip them over after 30 minutes to the other side and shake the pan to avoid a sticky mess. This is how it will look before putting it in the oven.

While the salmon steaks are cooking in the oven take out a deep ridged stove pan out and place it on the stove and take some sehriye (pronounced as sh-e-re-ye) this is a very short turkish spaghetti used in most turkish rices, yea, i know it sounds weird but its delicious just look for a turkish store nearest to your area it will be worth it but if you cannot do that then just buy some regular long sphagetti and cut them about a little less than an inch each. Put a half a stick of butter or full stick of butter depending on how oily you want your rice in the pan keep the pans heat on low and cover the top until the butter is completely melted and then u put the heat on medium and put a half bag/pack of sehriye in the stove and mix it around until atleast most of the sehriye becomes a light brown not burnt dark brown but a light brown and make sure you keep an eye on it or it will burn quickly make sure to mix evenly while you are doing this boil some water and pour the boiled water in a 1 cup full of rice that you have placed in a drainer make sure to clean the rice thoroughly depending on the rice you have you might have to either soak the rice or just clean it the rice i have is brown rice which takes longer to cook so i have to soak it in boiling water for 10 minutes before cooking it whereas white rice only requires a thorough rinse of boiling hot water. After the sehriye has lightly browned put the rice in the pan with it and mix together thoroughly on low and put 1 or 2 teaspoons of salt and black pepper in the rice and mix thoroughly and just keep mixing for 10 minutes let it cook and fry lightly on the stove and then pour 2 cups of boiling water in the pan and mix the rice evenly in the water and cover the top let steam on low or medium low depending on your stove dont let it cook on high or the bottom will burn. Let it steam for 20 to 30 minutes until fully cooked open the top of the rice and mix very well without smushing the rice and then close the top immediatly let it sit until the salmon steaks are cooked.
