Homemade kettle popcorn

One of my favorite flavors of popcorn is kettle it soo delicious, sweet and salty.
Needed ingredients:
1/3 cup of popcorn seeds in a large pot to make sure the popcorn seeds dont go over it, trust me the popcorn might seem like a little bit but it will pop into a lot of popcorn.
1 to 2 teaspoons of salt (depending on your taste buds)
2 Tablespoons of sugar
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil:

Now, put the oil in the pot first and then put the popcorn seeds and salt in it DO NOT PUT THE SUGAR IN YET, turn the stove on medium high or high depending on the size of your burner. Close the top of the pot and shake every 5 or 10 seconds when the popcorn starts to pop and then when the popcorn is done poppng shake it really well before opening the top of the pot and put the poporn in a bowl. AFter you have put it in a bowl take the sugar and pour it over the popcorn and shake the bowl slightly, and thats it. Simple, delicious, homemade kettle popcorn!

Shrimp and cabbage fried spring rolls

Cut 1 full head of of cabbage into pieces and warm up a pot and put the cabbage in it and let it cook on medium until semi soft with vegetable oil and salt and black pepper, make sure to keep mixing it so it cooks evenly.

Now, make a thick sticky paste with water and flower so you can use it to role the spring rolls and allow it to stick without coming apart.

Now, take the defrosted shrimp out and wash it and after u have cleaned the raw shrimp, put it in the spring roll with the cabbage and put crushed chilli peppers in each spring roll depending on how spicy you like it and role the spring rolls exactly as the instructions on the package describes. Now, as you do this make sure to put oil in a pan for deep frying the spring rolls and before u put the spring rolls in the oil make sure the oil is completely hot enough to fry. Dip the spring rolls one by one, without soaking, in a thoroughly mixed egg and then after you have dipped all of the spring rolls in the egg and placed them on a separate plate, place them all in the fryer at the same time and fry until it is a golden brown color and then place the fried spring rolls onto a thick paper towel on a plate and wait for it to cool down before serving. Enjoy!

Whole wheat Spaghetti with tomato paste

Bring the water to a boil in a deep pot and when the water is fully boiled put one sprinkle of salt and a tiny drop of oil to prevent sticking and  slowly put the whole wheat spaghetti in the water without breaking it. Let the spaghetti boil for about 7 to 10 minutes depending on how soft you want it or depending on what it says on the packet. After the spaghetti has fully boiled to "al dente" or your liking turn the stove off and pour the spaghetti through a drainer in the sink so the water can drain out fully and then pour cold water over it so the spaghetti does not stick together. Now, bring the pan back to the stove and turn the stove on low and put 2 table spoons of any liquid oil of your choice NOT BUTTER. Take a full onion and cut it up into small pieces and put it in the pan and let it steam and slowly cook while you cut 5 pieces of garlic into small pieces but before you cut the garlic crush it with a knife as this makes for better flavor and the garlic releases an ingredient (forgot the name) and it has a lot of health benefits. Let the onion cook on low for 10 minutes making sure to mix it every other minute and then after 10 minutes put the garlic in with the onion, mix it in, and put the tomato paste in with it and mix it all together. Put 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of basil and oregano, 1 teaspoon of cumin and finally half a teaspoon of black pepper OR 1 full teaspoon whichever one you think will taste better. Let the tomato paste boil LIGHTLY, not all over the place, for 10 minutes and then close it. Take the spaghetti and put it in with the tomato paste and mix it thoroughly, close the top and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

mint leaves and ginger root tea (made the proper way)

So sorry that these videos are not all in one I've separated them because I currently do not have a proper video recorder at the moment so please bare with me for now :) I am sick today so do not be alarmed by the hoarsness in my voice lol. On one of the videos I said let the mint and ginger tea sit in the hot water for 30 minutes but keep in mind that it all depends on how much you make and how hot you prefer to drink your tea but always let it sit for 10 minutes before drinking. Enjoy!

Oven baked salmon and side dish of turkish rice.

Hello my fellow food lovers :) today i will be making oven baked salmon with a side dish of turkish rice its so simple yet absolutely delicious :). First to start off make sure you have any kind of baking like this
Then, take a cooking brush (or you can even just use your fingers after washing them) and pour a table spoon of vegetable oil on to the pan and spread the vegetable oil on the pan until pan is fully covered in oil.

Now, put your oven on 350 on conv bake and take take the salmon steaks out of the bag (im cooking according to 3 pieces only) and clean them each individually with your hands thoroughly and place them on the baking pan, stab each of the salmons with a nife (yes i said stab) and put 1 piece of rosemary in each of the areas of the salmon that you just stabbed, then put a teaspoon of curry, turmeric, and cumin seasoning 1 of each on each piece of salmon. Take the lemon juice out of the refrigerator and pour 2 cap fulls on each of the salmons and then pour 2 cap fulls of balsamic vinegar on each salmon cut some green peppers (any kind is fine whichever you prefer) and put them in the baking pan with the salmon and place in the oven on 350 for about an hour or until its cooked to your preference but make sure u flip them over after 30 minutes to the other side and shake the pan to avoid a sticky mess. This is how it will look before putting it in the oven.

While the salmon steaks are cooking in the oven take out a deep ridged stove pan out and place it on the stove and take some sehriye (pronounced as sh-e-re-ye) this is a very short turkish spaghetti used in most turkish rices, yea, i know it sounds weird but its delicious just look for a turkish store nearest to your area it will be worth it but if you cannot do that then just buy some regular long sphagetti and cut them about a little less than an inch each. Put a half a stick of butter or full stick of butter depending on how oily you want your rice in the pan keep the pans heat on low and cover the top until the butter is completely melted and then u put the heat on medium and put a half bag/pack of sehriye in the stove and mix it around until atleast most of the sehriye becomes a light brown not burnt dark brown but a light brown and make sure you keep an eye on it or it will burn quickly make sure to mix evenly while you are doing this boil some water and pour the boiled water in a 1 cup full of rice that you have placed in a drainer make sure to clean the rice thoroughly depending on the rice you have you might have to either soak the rice or just clean it the rice i have is brown rice which takes longer to cook so i have to soak it in boiling water for 10 minutes before cooking it whereas white rice only requires a thorough rinse of boiling hot water. After the sehriye has lightly browned put the rice in the pan with it and mix together thoroughly on low and put 1 or 2 teaspoons of salt and black pepper in the rice and mix thoroughly and just keep mixing for 10 minutes let it cook and fry lightly on the stove and then pour 2 cups of boiling water in the pan and mix the rice evenly in the water and cover the top let steam on low or medium low depending on your stove dont let it cook on high or the bottom will burn. Let it steam for 20 to 30 minutes until fully cooked open the top of the rice and mix very well without smushing the rice and then close the top immediatly let it sit until the salmon steaks are cooked.
